About the event
Gardening in Climate Change given by Chris Day
Gardeners and farmers are being faced with extremes of weather from excessive heat, to cold snaps, high rainfall and flooding to severe and damaging winds. Climate change is almost certainly being created by global warming and there’s no doubt it’s going to impact on how we garden in the future, however we need to think about the here and now as our speaker, Chris Day, brings the subject into closer scrutiny.
Chris works at Buckingham Garden Centre & Nurseries. He has over 30 years experience in horticulture and 8 years in gardening journalism.
