The National Sweet Pea Society - - Home (sweetpeas.org.uk) . This society’s objectives are to disseminate knowledge of Sweet Peas and other Lathyrus species. To encourage, improve and extend the cultivation of these flowers by means of scientific trials, the holding of exhibitions and displays, by publications and other activities.
The National Vegetable Society - National Vegetable Society | Home (nvsuk.org.uk) The National Vegetable Society was formed in 1960 with the specific aim of encouraging the growing and exhibition of quality vegetables. The Society has had in excess of 60 years of successful existence. They supply a medal each year which we present at our Summer Show to the exhibitor showing the most meritorious vegetable entry.
Aylesbury Garden Society – MRHS has affiliated to this Society. The Trading Store is situated in the Old Stoke Road Allotments Field. Opening Hours: Sunday 09:00-12:00 Thursdays (April & May only) 18:30-20:00. Thurston Trading Store (aylesburygardeningsociety.co.uk) . If you wish to take advantage of the Trading store you can become an affiliated member by showing your MRHS membership card and paying £2.00.
